These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ClipBro browser extension and the ClipBro website and checkout (together, "ClipBro", "we", "us"). By installing or using ClipBro, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use ClipBro.
ClipBro is a browser extension that records your browser tab or screen and lets you save the last few seconds (instant replay) or a full recording. Recordings are saved locally to your own computer. See our Privacy Policy for how the small amount of subscription data is handled.
You are solely responsible for what you record and how you use it. You must have the right to record any content you capture, and you must comply with the terms of service of the websites and services you record, as well as all applicable copyright, privacy, and other laws. Do not use ClipBro to record content you are not authorized to record, to infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy, or for any unlawful purpose. ClipBro records only the video that your browser already displays and does not bypass, circumvent, or remove any digital rights management (DRM) or copy protection.
If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund of your most recent monthly payment within 7 days of that charge by emailing us at the address below. Because ClipBro is a low-cost monthly subscription you can cancel at any time, we generally do not refund earlier billing periods. Refunds are returned to your original PayPal payment method. Nothing in this policy limits any refund rights you may have under the laws that apply to you.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ClipBro for its intended purpose. You may not resell, redistribute, reverse engineer (except where that restriction is prohibited by law), or attempt to circumvent the Free/Pro feature limits or licensing checks.
ClipBro is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that ClipBro will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every site, codec, or device, or that recordings will always succeed or be retained. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of any recordings you value.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClipBro and its developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any lost recordings, data, profits, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to ClipBro will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
You may stop using ClipBro and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. This does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
